I have a BMW X5 and the stock system in those is terrible. I started with Car Toys and they quoted me $11k for a system…so that was a no-go.

I called Rainier and Logan was super helpful. I stopped by and got a quote for a full Focal system with an amp and it was almost half the price for a better system.

I just had Rainier Audio install a new head unit in my Jeep Wrangler unlimited and I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. The guys there did an awesome job. The install is super clean and looks like it came that way from the factory.

They took their time to make sure everything was done right, and you can tell they care about the quality of their work. All the integrations work perfectly and the whole system feels like a huge upgrade.

It’s hard to find shops that take real pride in what they do, but Rainier Audio definitely does. I’m seriously impressed with the work and would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, high quality install.

However the reason that I wrote a positive review today was to point out the above and beyond attitude of Zack at car Toys in Puyallup. I would give this place more than 5 stars if I could. The service here is absolutely outstanding and I recommend these guys to anyone I can. At this point I have had them install a completely new component speaker system throughout my car, with an amp/sub/head unit to boot; as well as a full security system and new reverse cam. The work was done in a way that truly shows these guys care about the work they put out. Not to mention that any time I’ve had an issue with my build (none of which was a result of their installations/work) they took care of me with no questions asked and actually made me feel appreciated as a customer, as well as giving me advice on things they’d either recommend I do or don’t do with my car. While they won’t be the cheapest spot you can find to get work done, they will absolutely be the highest quality you can get in the area, and I highly recommend these guys to anyone shopping/looking around for their chosen car audio shop. After multiple setbacks (nothing to do with them) they saw the job through to the end.
Now after months of having no sound, we have a new amp and a working Bose stereo system!

High quality audio installation service. Their labor does not come cheap, but it does come with professionalism and expertise. Received service here 2 times, and both times have exceeded my expectations. My 2nd time here a technician named LE was responsible for my deck lid speaker install and went above and beyond to re-wire my rear dash cam, as well as sealing off plastic parts causing excess rattling. 5/5 service!!!

These guys are awesome! Went in for an issue we'd had for 8 months after the initial install. Turned out to be something nobody would've guessed, they got it figured and fixed and no charge to me. Highly recommend! Thanks guys! My wife couldn't be happier
